What’s actually inside this product? 👀 Approximately 60+ ingredients, including around 20 different E-numbers, multiple emulsifiers, thickeners, raising agents, flavourings and 3 colourants. It also contains E202 (potassium sorbate) as a preservative. The bigger issue isn’t that “E-numbers = poison”. Many E-numbers are perfectly safe and some are simply substances like citric acid, vitamin C or pectin. What I find more concerning is the overall formulation: • sugar — listed repeatedly • glucose syrup • refined wheat flour + wheat starch + gluten • palm and coconut fats • margarine • milk/whey derivatives • soy lecithin • numerous emulsifiers, stabilisers and flavourings • highly processed ingredients My overall rating: 3/10. The problem isn’t one scary E-number. It’s the combination and degree of ultra-processing.
