How lovely it is to feel the beautiful sun beam down on you, whilst walking barefoot in nature, amongst the trees, wild flowers and birds. It’s peaceful and glorious! Bare feet walking is the best feeling ever. I’m actually thinking about doing an ice bath one day. I’ll have to be brave. Haha 😛
