Active Box Split Hold; Intense Turn-Out Stretch with Strength and Flexibility
Aug. 5, 2020
When you are doing an Active Box Split Hold, feel the lower back and glute connection in a Plié. This awareness will help to isolate your turn-out muscles in your hips. I am still learning to rest in a static stretch after an active stretch. If you can endure the soreness and relax your body, you can achieve a great improvement in your turn-out and your legs will NOT hurt the next morning. *Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lilylikeluna/
