Improve your hiking by barefoot or earthing & exploring Mount Meru Bare foot in Arusha Tanzania

Dec. 10, 2021

Earthing or grounding and being bare foot while doing just about anything increases the experience and perhaps the enjoyment (I know I'm biased) of what you are doing. Exploring nature and hiking is one of those things that becomes hard to imagine how you ever enjoyed doing those activities in shoes, when you perform those very activities bare foot! In this video, we bring more of our bare foot travel experience. This time we are walking around and we find the replica of Mount Meru in the Arusha National Park in Tanzania. Naturally, I decided to record and in my mind I was climbing Mount Meru, effortlessly, and enjoying every bit of it. The experience of hiking or simply walking in the woods can be greatly improved by being bare foot. Given that being barefoot heightens your awareness and your connection with the earth and your surrounding, hiking and feeling the cool earth under your feet, and listening closely and observing deeply and feeling every step as you massage your body through your feet, is something you have to experience to understand. Please give this a try next time you have the opportunity... especially when it starts to warm up again. Please consider walking barefoot for these amazing benefits. Feel every step guys! Reasons to walk in nature bare foot 1. Feel every step 2. Connect deeply 3. Feel the different temperatures 4. Increase your enjoyment 5. Improve your mood! In the comments section, please share the benefits you have seen earthing or hope to gain from going barefoot!! Share the video, subscribe or I may just take your shoes!!
