Vlogmas Day 7 - Fudgey Brownie Cookies for the Weirdos that Love Chocolate

I'm not a huge fan of chocolate like this. But I make my grandparents cookies every other week to keep their cookie jars (yes, that's right, they have TWO). This week, I am making my grandfather some special chocolate ones (they normally ask for their favorite classic molasses cookies, chocolate chip, or oatmeal raisin) at my grandmothers request. They've both been going through a lot lately and this is just one of the ways that I can show my love and appreciation for them. P.S. This recipe can easily be made vegan with an egg and butter substitute, also vegan chocolate chips. All these things can be found in a basic grocery store these days!
