Make sure you're subscribed and signed up at http://www.laurahamesfranklin.com so that you'll get first invite to our online and live free events. Are you trying to take all the 'right steps' but still feel like you're not getting where you want? Jiwoo Kim wrote to me asking about plantar fasciitis. I made it to Hawaii... a day later than I expected because I missed my flight! Oooops... But it turned out to be perfect and wonderful as I got to make the WeDanceDay video on the first summer day in Brooklyn (very strange as there were still no leaves on the trees) (Check it out here- rose petals, new friends and cutie children to inspire you to get up & dance) So, this week's Action Ship was filmed in Honolulu airport. And I'm so sorry, that the sound is "challenging" - there were airplanes flying overhead and lots of noise.... If you stick with it, you will feel a whole new exhilaration in your FEET, whole body and your ability to take the steps you want to in life. It will also help reconnect you to a deeper sense of fun and freedom- with this simple exercise that you can do anywhere (that you're willing to get your feet out!) So, leap over to the blog now and you'll have new feet in just 8 minutes :) Let me know how they feel and make sure you practice this one regularly as it'll change the destiny of your life! For real. Who wants to end up with old painful dried up feet? Not me! See you on the blog and on Facebook and send me your requests for your Hawaii magical videos :) Sending loads of love Laura xo And you can connect with me on..
