Whether or not you feel it now, this spark is in all of us. The question is, have you been connecting to it? Flexing your free-dance-in-random-places-if-you-feel-like-it muscles? Honestly (believe me or not) every week I experience a smidge of resistance to shaking my bootie in a public place. So I do get it- but trust me when I say it usually passes pretty quick and gets replaced with floods of joy and feelings of freedom and heart-warming connections. So even if you're just in your living room- let it go. Let's your best moves become you. And of course I'm here to show you how to find your fastest route to inner freedom by tuning you into the infinite magic that is still there!
