And uhm... there's so much that I experienced. Uhm... It's difficult to really put it into words. Uhm... but I really felt uhm... some very distinct ahh... changes take place. Uhm...I felt at one point my brain had kind of started feeling the kind of foggy and almost like my head was in a bubble. And we did uhm... one of the techniques and I felt much more clear, much more able to take in the informatioin. And after a uhm... session at the end of the workshop, uhm... My uhm...some litttle back pain that I've had uhm... on going everyday. Pretty much always feel it. Uhm...as soon as I got up off the table, It was comletely gone.
