May 27th 2017 // Big Island, Hawaii 👙☀️🌴 Day 1 of #UHPHAWAII 2017 began with a scurry of creations in the kitchen before we piled into the school buses to head over to our epic open air retreat space. Surrounded by ocean, lava and palms, the breeze kissed our faces and soothed our traveled souls. 🌥🌊 We got #superhumanfitness -ing on the sand among the trees, 👙🌴☀️ travelled deep into our organs and digestion led by my star-embodiment husband (and comedian) Eric Franklin and doused ourselves in fresh coconut while being entertained by the coconut comedy act, thanks to elbows and Dave! 😆😜 Top conclude our full first day, we topped it off with a trip to Island Naturals to stock up on goodies and to zone in with UHP links on the go, in the Island Naturals parking lot! 💗 Eric gets the laugh of the day tho- showing just how strong he really is! 😂💪🏼 https://laurahamesfranklin.com 1 Year Ago → LINK Yesterday’s Vlog → LINK ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/26yxTKG ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ • Come Say Hi :) Website • https://laurahamesfranklin.com Twitter • http://twitter.com/laurahames Facebook • http://fb.com/LauraHamesFranklin Instagram • https://www.instagram.com/laurahamesfranklin Tumblr • http://laurahamesfranklin.tumblr.com/ Pinterest • http://www.pinterest.com/laurahames/ SnapChat • LauraHames • Join me and get fit like a Superhuman at http://superhumanfitness.me • Take the Superhuman Breakfast challenge at http://superhumanbreakfast.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ • Contact • Info@LauraHamesFranklin.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
