Can’t hide it anymore. I went from SMALL to XL within 2 years....measuring-time !

Yeah, as you see I’ve gained lot of weight and that makes me insecure and sad, so instead of lying around and bitch about it, I’m going to do something about it, and IF you’re also interested to trim your body , then we can support each other, you can also just follow my journey and see if I make or break it? I’m going to upload few tricks to how to easily trim your body and change eating habit! This is NOT a diy on how to magically loose weight, to loose weight is a life changing work, while this is a trimming my body here and there I’ve done many times before, as I’ve had a yo yo weight for all my life & eating disorder many years ago, so I need to be careful I don’t go berserk ! I had edited half of the video yesterday for 3 hours, but my Videorama kept crashing, so I’m looking for new editing programs is this same iMovie. I won’t recommend Videorama, I’m furious that I payed and it crashes and no help to find! Anywho let’s see how the measuring here goes, and let’s see how the progress will go. I am older, but have used this way to trim body for many years and it had worked for me, but remember we are all different, I’m not a pro but a woman with years of personal experiences! I’ll in the future upload how I workout, how I break some of my bad habits and how the measuring goes! Hope you’ll join me on my trimming/weight loss challenge! Just approx 10-15 kilos, it’s how I feel, not the numbers that counts! Thanks for watching! Please leave a comment, an idea perhaps, subscribe and remember the notification bell as you never know when and what I’m going to be uploading about! Thanks !
