Discusting Tomato Worms in my Garden

I was is the garden today and found three huge discusting tomato worms! THEY ARE HUGE... I was only gone for two days.... where do there things come from? How do you get of them without chemicals? A while back I suggest crushing them under my sneaks and that is a You Tube no no.. I also offended someone who raised their own pet horn worm?!?... I guess they do not like home growm tomatos... or at least don't mind half worm eaten tomatos??? To each her own.....
