Ah, isn't that nice :) Wherever you are, I wish you a very lovely Valentines Day and however you are spending it, remember that love is a feeling you can choose to be with. It's a practice, and part of that means being able to connect to our hearts and know their role in our ability to feel this all-encompassing feeling. Everyone has this ability and even us simply seeing it in others light up the feeling inside us, as well as gifting them with a new twinkle of love. Even if they don't 'know it'. Because love is a frequency. It is vibration. It is energy, and this is all connected. So your ability to communicate to the infinite space that is the love letting it know through your feelings that you feel the love and see the love in others IS enough to increase the ability to feel love in that individual!
